BASIS FOR THE GRANTING OF AID IN THE FIELD OF WATER AND GARBAGE RATES AND FEES FOR USE OF THE SERVICES OF THE MUNICIPAL SPORTS CENTER. YEAR 2023

Official description of the call

1. Purpose of the subsidy. The purpose of these bases is to develop and apply a municipal aid policy that serves to reduce or cancel the economic burden that it entails: Payment of water and garbage rates for the habitual residence Payment of fees for use of the municipal sports center, only during the months of June to September, both inclusive. The application of the aid will be made on the amounts corresponding to the payment of the taxes/fees of the immediately previous year. 2. Requirements to apply for the subsidy Those applicants who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the aid contemplated in these bases: Be registered in the municipality of Beasain on the date on which the use of the service for which the aid is requested begins. The cohabitation unit to which the applicant belongs must not exceed the annual income limit and the equity limit established in section 4.3 of the rules. 3. Amount of the subsidy 4.1 To obtain aid in terms of fees 1. 100% of the expenditure incurred, for cohabiting units whose net annual income and assets are included in the limit of annual income and assets of Social Emergency Aid. Maximum amount to be awarded €450. 2. 75% of the expenditure incurred, for cohabiting units whose net annual income is between 1 and 1.5 of the annual income limit of the Social Emergency Aid and does not exceed the equity limit. Maximum amount to be awarded €350. 3. 50% of the expenditure incurred, for cohabitation units whose net annual income is between 1.5 and 2 of the annual income limit of the Social Emergency Aid and does not exceed the equity limit. Maximum amount to be awarded €250. 4. A cohabitation unit will be understood as all the people registered in the home. 5. Only one application can be made per home. 4.2 To obtain aid in terms of fees for using the services of the municipal sports center 1. 60% of the expenditure incurred, for residential units whose net annual income and assets are included in the limit of annual income and assets of Social Emergency Aid. 2. 30% of the expenditure incurred, for cohabitation units whose net annual income is between 1 and 1.5 of the annual income limit of the Social Emergency Aid and does not exceed the equity limit. 3.- Only rates corresponding to the months of June to September will be subsidized. 4.- To determine the coexistence unit, the provisions of art. 25 and 26 of Law 14/2022, of December 22, on the Basque Income Guarantee and Inclusion System. 4.3 Annual income and assets limit The annual income limit for Social Emergency Aid according to the size of the cohabitation unit is: - 1 person: €14,078.70 - 2 people: €18,078.48 - 3 or more people: €19,998.36 The equity limit for Social Emergency Aid according to the size of the cohabitation unit is: - 1 person: €37,543.20 - 2 people: €48,209.28 - 3 or more people: €53,328.96 4. Deadline and place for submitting applications Applications will be submitted: In person iGunea from Monday to Friday during the hours: 8:30-13:30 By post Telematically: www.beasain.eus The bases will be sent to the BDNS and after their publication in The BOG will open the deadline for submitting applications from September 1 to 30, 2023. Any application made outside the established deadline will be denied.
