Non-profit entities in the Tarragona district destined for investments in cultural facilities or of citizen interest, in inventorable assets and in heritage elements

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in the electronic headquarters of the Tarragona Provincial Council: DIPUTACIÓN DE TARRAGONA Culture Citizen Assistance Service The Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Tarragona in a session on May 23, 2023 has approved the following call. First. Beneficiaries Non-profit entities with tax domicile in the Tarragona district. In the case of requesting reform and improvement actions, they must have ownership of the equipment or heritage elements or have their transfer in the medium term (minimum 10 years). Educational centers, AMPAs, neighborhood associations and federations of neighborhood associations are excluded. Second. Purpose To support the entities of the territory in the reform of cultural facilities or of citizen interest and of cultural and/or heritage value, in the purchase of inventoriable assets and in the conservation and investment in heritage elements and in virtual platforms or computer applications. Third. Subsidized activities and execution period 1) Conservation, renovation and improvement works of cultural or citizen facilities preferably intended for cultural, civic and social uses with a maximum execution budget of €25,000. 2) Acquisition of furniture, computer equipment, other movable property and other elements that, within the concept of movable property, contribute to the improvement of the conditions of the activity of the entities and/or the cultural, sporting, civic interest or cultural value facilities that they manage. 3) Acquisition, improvement and conservation of cultural heritage elements, such as heritage clothing of entities, musical instruments, traditional elements, etc., and investment in virtual platforms or applications. The period to execute the subsidized actions begins on July 1, 2023 and ends on December 31, 2024. Fourth. Regulatory bases General bases for subsidies of the Provincial Council of Tarragona published in the BOP of Tarragona on February 27, 2019. Fifth. Budget credit and maximum total amount Budget application: 2010-330-78900-01 of the budget for the year 2023. The maximum total amount of subsidies to be granted will be 1,000,000 euros. This maximum amount may be increased according to the requests received and budget availability. Sixth. Individualized amount of the subsidy The total credit available for the call is distributed among all applications received and accepted for processing and is subsidized up to 90% of the eligible budget and up to the maximum amount of €9,500 per entity and NIF. Seventh. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications begins the day after the publication of this call in the BOPT and ends one month from the date of publication. Eighth. Application submission form It is mandatory to submit the subsidy application and other documentation through the specific electronic procedure enabled at: https://seuelectronica.dipta.cat, electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Tarragona.
