Extract from the call for subsidies for participation in the Stand of the Provincial Council of Huelva in the VIII International Congress of Red Fruits 2023, approved by resolution of the Presidency of the Provincial Council of Huelva, No. 1770/2023 dated June 5. The Provincial Council of Huelva, in its commitment to the economic dynamization of the territory, comes on this occasion to offer entrepreneurs and professionals of the Auxiliary Agriculture Industry of the province of Huelva, participation in the VIII International Congress of Red Fruits 2023 at the Casa Colón de Huelva Congress Palace. The objective of this participation is to publicize and support companies in the Agricultural Auxiliary Industry and promote the marketing of their products and services and, in particular, the red fruit sector, as well as to promote the interconnection between the agricultural production sector and the auxiliary sector. Legal regime. General subsidy ordinance of the Provincial Council of Huelva. (BOP no. 136 of July 18, 2016). (See more point 2 of the call). Beneficiary persons/entities. 1. Natural persons, groups thereof (C.B. / S.C....) and/or legal entities from the province of Huelva that are registered with the AEAT, as manufacturers, producers or service providers to the agricultural sector, particularly to the red fruit sector (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries) may attend this call. In this way, its business activity must be focused either in its entirety or partially, as an Auxiliary Industry of Agriculture and the company's registered office must be located in the province of Huelva. 2. The maximum number of participating natural/legal persons and beneficiary entities will be 4 companies. 3. All applicants whose registered office is in municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants in the province of Huelva will always prevail. Therefore, in the event that there are a greater number of applications than the number of stands assigned, all those applicants who have their registered office in municipalities of less than 20,000 inhabitants will have priority over the rest. 4. Participating companies must have all the necessary administrative authorizations to manufacture, handle, transport and sell their products. They must also have the corresponding civil liability insurance for the type of event. (See more in point 3 of the call). Temporal Scope. Entrepreneurs and professionals from the Agricultural Auxiliary Industry in the province of Huelva will be able to participate in the Huelva Provincial Council stand at the VIII International Red Fruit Congress 2023, which will be held on June 20 and 21 at the Casa Colón Congress Palace in Huelva. Content of participation. 1. Participation will consist of: Stand of the Provincial Council: the selected participants will have their own space or stand where each participant can display their products/services on individual counters, all of them framed in a space protected by the Provincial Council of Huelva. 2. The Provincial Council will assume the following costs corresponding to participation in the VIII International Red Fruit Congress. a) The rental of the ground, the rental of the stand, assembly and disassembly of the stand, design and labeling costs, electrical installation and installation of the stand. Also, stand furniture will be included in each exclusive space of each company. Participating companies must assume personal, travel and stay costs, as well as specific and specific material costs related to the shipping and transfer of their own material, whether for display, or all those materials necessary for the correct presentation of their products/services.
