IDENTIFICATION, GENERAL DATA MANAGEMENT BODY: ALBACETE CITY COUNCIL, SOCIAL ACTION SERVICE (SOCIAL ACTION SERVICE) DESCRIPTION OF THE CALL: TITLE: Call for subsidies for Women Victims of Gender Violence, residents of the CAIVG of Albacete or users of the Albacete Women's Center 2023. PURPOSE: These subsidies respond to the objective of aid aimed at granting direct economic benefits to women Victims of Gender Violence, residents of the Comprehensive Care Center for Women Victims of Gender Violence of Albacete (CAIVG) or users of the Women's Center of Albacete. BENEFICIARIES: The women victims of gender violence who are worked with through an intervention plan from the Technical Unit for Care and Protection of Women of the Albacete City Council will be beneficiaries of this aid. AMOUNT: This call will be financed from the existing credits in the budget item enabled for this purpose in the General Budget of the Albacete City Council for the financial year 2023, for which €25,000 will be allocated. REGULATORY BASIS: Rules of the Call and other applicable regulations published in BOP No. 19 dated 02-17-21. APPLICATION PERIOD AND JUSTIFICATION: 1.-Application for aid The aid will be requested by the interested parties at the time when the circumstances arise that accredit them as recipients of the aid, in accordance with the provisions of the second and third bases. The applications will be formalized in accordance with the model established in ANNEX I. 2.-Aid application period - Pocket aid: From the moment of entry into the CAIVG until end your stay there. - Exit aid: Once the intervention plan has been completed at the CAIVG of Albacete under the Shelter Home regime, with a favorable report and before making an exit proposal. - Aid to overcome situations of special vulnerability. At the moment in which the event that triggers the situation to be overcome occurs. The subsidies granted will not require any other justification than proving that one is in the situation that motivates the granting of the aid. Notwithstanding the above, controls deemed pertinent may be established to verify the justification of such a situation, as well as that the aid is intended for the purpose for which it was granted.
