Resolution of June 28, 2023 of the Presidency of the State Research Agency, approving the 2023 call for aid for R&D projects along strategic lines, within the framework of the "TransMisiones" 2023 initiative.

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiary entities. Public research organizations, public and private universities, public and private non-profit health entities and institutions, accredited health research institutes, Technology Centers and Support Centers for Technological Innovation, and other public and private non-profit R&D&i centers may be beneficiaries of the aid, in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of the regulatory bases. Second. Object. The purpose of the aid is to finance R&D projects, carried out in collaboration by a group of research and knowledge dissemination organizations, with the aim of responding to the challenges identified in the thematic priorities, included in Annex II of the call. The project will be part of a coordinated R&D action, within the framework of the TransMisiones 2023 initiative, in which two different groups collaborate, one made up of research and knowledge dissemination organizations and another made up of companies. Third. Regulatory bases. Order CIN/1025/2022, of October 27, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of public aid corresponding to various programs and subprograms of the State Plan for Scientific and Technical Research and Innovation 2021-2023, whose management corresponds to the State Research Agency. Room. Amount. The maximum amount intended to finance this call is 60,000,000 euros, charged to the expenditure budget of the State Research Agency for the year 2023, in accordance with budgetary availability. Fifth. Form and deadline for submitting applications. Applications for participation will be submitted in accordance with the procedure described in article 12 of the call. The electronic completion and presentation of the application must be carried out through the electronic means enabled for this purpose at the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Science and Innovation. The application submission period will begin on July 3, 2023 and will end on July 28, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time). Sixth. Application evaluation criteria. Applications will be evaluated according to the following criteria: a) Quality, feasibility and transfer potential of the proposal. b) Scientific-technical and economic capacity of the group. c) Expected impact of the results. d) Adequacy of the requested budget The description of the criteria, as well as their assessment and thresholds, are determined in Annex I of the call.
