Official description of the call
Extract from the agreement adopted by the Local Government Board in its session held on July 3, 2023. First.- Beneficiaries. Elderly physical persons who are not subject to any of the grounds of prohibition may participate in the call in order to obtain the status of beneficiary persons established by article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. Segon.- Objecte. The purpose of this regular call is the granting of the XXII Vicent Andrés Estellés de Burjassot Poetry Prize, the purpose of which is to encourage literary creation and promote the figure and work of the poet Vicent Andrés Estellés. Third.- General Regulation of Subsidies. The General Ordinance regulating subsidies is published in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Valencia number 132, July 11, 2017. URL: http://www.burjassot.org/normativa/ordenanza-general-subvenciones/ Quart.- Quantia The award granted an initial amount of €9,000. A single prize will be awarded to a single guanyadora work. When paying the premiums, the corresponding tax withholding will be applied in accordance with current legislation. The amount of the subsidy is far from being applied to the credit of the current pressupost of the municipal item 334-48000 “Premi Vicent Andrés Estellés”.
