Aid 2023 Leader Approach to investments in the creation and development of non-agricultural businesses and activities in rural areas (Submeasure 19.2.3 PDR), s/ VIII Call (PDR 2014-2020) G.A.L. ADEVAG

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es). First. Object. This extract is intended to reflect the call for the line of aid for projects included in Submeasure 19.2, Support for the implementation of operations in accordance with the participatory local development strategy, action “Creation and development of non-agricultural companies and activities in rural areas” established in the Order of November 18, 2020, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, for the rural development programming period. 2014-2020 (DOE No. 228 of November 25, 2020) which was approved by the decision-making bodies of the Local Action Group and has the authorization of the person in charge of the governing body with powers in matters of rural development, in application of the provisions of article 28.6 of the aforementioned Order. The call will be applicable in the geographical scope of the Las Vegas Altas del Guadiana region, in Extremadura, made up of the following municipalities, minor local entities and districts: Acedera, Cristina, Don Álvaro, Don Benito, Guareña, Madrigalejo, Manchita, Medellín, Mengabril, Rena, San Pedro de Mérida, Santa Amalia, Valdetorres, Villagonzalo, Valverde de Mérida, Villanueva de la Serena, Villar de Rena, Los Guadalperales, El Torviscal, Gargáligas, Hernán Cortés, Ruecas, Valdehornillos, Vivares, Torrefresneda, Entrerríos, Valdivia, Zurbarán, Puebla de Alcollarín, Palazuelo, Conquista del Guadiana, Yelbes. The purpose of the aid system within the framework of the LEADER axis is the application of innovative strategies through the LEADER methodology, thus contributing to the long-term sustainable development of rural territories, in addition to contributing to the improvement of governance and mobilization of the endogenous development potential of rural areas. Second. Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of the aid will be considered to be natural or legal persons, male and female farmers or members of a family unit on an agricultural holding, young farmers already established, communities of property or other communal entities. In the case of companies, only those that meet the requirements established by the Commission to be micro, small and medium-sized companies in accordance with Commission recommendation 2003/361/EC may receive the subsidies covered by this call. Third. Regulatory bases Order of November 18, 2020, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, for the rural development programming period 2014-2020. Room. Amount For the call for the indicated aid, an amount of 733,480.23 euros will be allocated to be paid from Budget Application 120030000 G/314A/78000 20160174FR14190200, in accordance with the credit availability recorded in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community. Up to 75% of the eligible investment may be subsidized and with a maximum limit of 200,000.00 euros per project, taking into account de minimis. Fifth . Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting aid applications will be from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Extremadura until September 30, 2023.
