Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and in article 16 q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call for aid is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Database of Subsidies (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this DOE. First. Object. Aid under a competitive competition regime and periodic call to promote participation in the quality regimes of agricultural and food products, encouraging the incorporation of new operators in the quality regimes, within the Strategic Plan of the CAP 2023-2027 of Spain (PEPAC), Intervention 7131 "Cooperation to promote participation in the quality regimes of agricultural and food products. Second. Beneficiaries. They will have the status of beneficiaries of this aid those farmers, who are owners of agricultural holdings registered in the Registry of Holdings of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development, Population and Territory, who begin their participation in one of the eligible quality regimes are listed below: a) Denominations of Origin or Protected Geographical Indications: D.O.P. Ribera del Guadiana D.O.P. D.O.P. Queso de la Serena. ­ D.O.P. Queso de Ibores. ­ D.O.P. Torta del Casar. ­ D.O.P. Aceite de Monterrubio. ­ D.O.P. Gata Hurdes. ­ D.O.P. Pimentón de la Vera. ­ D.O.P. Cereza del Jerte. ­ D.O.P Cava. ­ D.O.P. Miel Villuercas -Ibores. ­ I.G.P. Extremadura beef I.G.P. Ávila meat. c) Quality standard for meat, ham, and Iberian loin. I.G.P. Cabrito de Extremadura I.G.P. Vaca de Extremadura D.O.P. Villuerca Ibores Jara Tercero Regulatory bases. The subsidies called for by this resolution are regulated by DECREE 75/2023, of July 12, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid to promote participation in the quality regimes of agricultural and food products in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and the first call is made for the year 2023. Fourth. These aids will be financed from the budget application 120020000 G/341A/47000 FR23773100, project /20230385, with an initial budget allocation available to cover the payment of the aid of forty thousand euros. (€40,000.00) which will be borne by the budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the year 2024. The expenditure corresponding to this aid is 75% co-financed by the European Union, through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), within the framework of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027 of Spain, Intervention 7131 “Cooperation to promote participation in the quality regimes of agricultural and food products." Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of the call and this extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura (http://doe.juntaex.es). Sixth. Other information The aid will be 100% of the eligible costs. The total aid granted may not exceed the maximum amount of 2,500.00 euros per farm per year, for a maximum of 7 years.
