Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Private non-profit entities or institutions, which present projects to improve the facilities and equipment of an archive with documentary funds and collections of national interest or of interest at least greater than that of an Autonomous Community, on the Spanish Documentary Heritage and its international projection (in application of art. 149.2 of the Constitution) Second. Object and purpose. Aid under a competitive competition regime, to private non-profit entities or institutions to carry out improvements to the facilities and equipment of private archives with documentary funds and collections of a scope and interest greater than that of an Autonomous Community that result in the best conservation and dissemination of the Spanish Documentary Heritage. The purpose pursued is the financing of projects related to the archive infrastructure. Third. Regulatory bases: Order CUL/2912/2010, of November 10 (BOE no. 275, of November 13, 2010), which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies from the Ministry of Culture on a competitive basis. Room. Amount: The amount of the aid called will be, at a maximum, 75,000.00 euros, charged to budget application 24.05.332A.780 of the "Archives" program of the expense budget of the Ministry of Culture and Sports for the year 2023. Each entity may only receive aid for a maximum amount of 10,000 euros and in no case will it exceed 70% of the cost of the activity. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen days from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official State Gazette. When the last day of the period is a non-business day, it will be deemed extended to the first following business day. Last day until 2 p.m.
