BORNOS CITY COUNCIL ANNOUNCEMENT Below this announcement are inserted the rules that govern the aforementioned call. Applicants: Students who have completed corresponding studies in the 2022/2023 academic year for access to the first year of the Intermediate or Higher Level Training Cycle, regardless of the access route and have formalized enrollment in an educational center outside this municipality. Deputy Mayor, By delegation of signature, The Councilor, Adrián Hidalgo Álvarez Decree 1328/2023, of July 19 CALL FOR SUBSIDIES IN COMPETITIVE COMPETITION FOR STUDENTS WHO FORMALIZE ENROLLMENT IN THE FIRST COURSE OF A MIDDLE GRADE OR HIGHER GRADE TRAINING CYCLE OUTSIDE THE MUNICIPALITY First. Purpose of the Call. This aid is aimed at students who have completed the corresponding studies in the 2022/2023 academic year for access to the first year of the Intermediate or Higher Level Training Cycle, regardless of the access route and have formalized enrollment in an educational center outside of this municipality. The subsidy will be granted to two people, according to the scale specified in Annex II. The aid is granted through the competitive competition regime referred to in art. 23.2.d of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, being conditioned in all cases to the existence of adequate and sufficient credit. Second. Budgetary Allocation. These aids will be made against budget application 326.480.01. Third. Amount and duration of the Aid. The total amount of the aid will be 400.00 euros each, gross amount and subject to the appropriate withholdings. Quarter. Requirements of applicants. 4.1 General requirements. The requirements referred to in this section must be met by the applicants on the date of completion of the application submission period: Have completed the corresponding studies in the 2022/2023 academic year for access to the first course of the Intermediate or Higher Level Training Cycle, regardless of the access route and have formalized enrollment in an educational center outside of this municipality. Have Spanish nationality or that of another country in the European Union and have been registered in Bornos, for the previous three months. to the publication of these Bases. Not be subject to any of the assumptions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003 General Subsidies. 4.2 Economic Requirements The economic situation will be assessed based on the per capita family income for the three months prior to the call and will be divided by the number of members of the family unit. The following are considered eligible members: a) The applicant, the parents, single siblings under 25 years of age who live together in the family home, and the parents' ascendants who prove their permanent cohabitation. b) In the case of applicants who constitute an independent family unit, their children and their spouse or person with whom they live. c) In the case of divorce, legal or de facto separation, the ex-spouse who does not live with the applicant is not considered a computable member. If the new spouse or person with whom you live will be a computable member, their income will also be computed. d) Students who declare themselves independent must demonstrate their independence, both financial and family, and prove ownership of the home or rental contract. In these cases, your family home will be considered to be the one you live in during the course. For the purposes of this call, the declaration of independence of the applicant cannot be considered in itself as a supervening situation. Fifth.
