Mayor's Resolution 2023-1237 of August 31, 2023 approving the Call and Regulatory Bases of the VII Western Dressage Competition - September Fair 2023

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Riders and horsewomen of any age, Spaniards or amateur residents may participate. Minors under 18 years of age will require authorization granted by their father, mother or guardian. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to promote the value and importance of the horse in its different aspects (recreation, field work...), especially this equestrian discipline so linked to our land and ultimately to exalt the September Fair in its traditional livestock aspect, which will take place in Prado del Rey from September 1 to 3 of this year. Third: Requirements. - To compete, participants will register with their horses within the dates that the competition program has determined. - Participants who ride the genet will wear short clothes and use cowboy or Spanish saddles and cowboy harnesses. The Amazons will ride the cowboy kite saddle. - The participant will not use a horse other than the one with which he is registered, unless the change is communicated to the organization sufficiently in advance before the competition begins. - Participating riders will be obliged to comply with the provisions of these Rules and to obey the instructions and mandates of the official staff of the Contest and the Prado del Rey City Council. Room. Amount: The prizes are established for the following categories: TAME INITIATED First prize: €450 and trophy First prize: €100 and trophy Second prize: €350 and trophy Second prize: €60 and trophy Third prize: €250 and trophy Third prize: €40 and trophy Fourth prize: €150 and trophy Fifth prize: €100 and trophy Fifth. Application submission deadline. Before September 1, 2023 (inclusive). Sixth. Other data. To participate, those interested must register in the Municipal Registry of the Prado del Rey City Council, before September 1, 2023 (inclusive) from 09:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., presenting a completed registration form according to Annex I and a photocopy of the DNI. In the case of minors, photocopies of the ID of both the minor and the father/mother/guardian and the authorization granted by them must be presented.
