Official description of the call
Considering the ruling of the Sports Councilor, dated September 12, 2023, in accordance with which it is established that a file be initiated for the granting of subsidies in competitive competition mode for sports clubs and entities in the municipality of Llíria for the 2022-2023 season. Considering the regulatory bases for the subsidy, under a competitive competition regime, to sports projects developed by non-profit entities in Llíria, 2021-2022 season, in accordance with the specific regulatory bases published in BOP No. 102 of May 31, 2021. Considering the opinion regarding the modification of the regulatory bases for subsidy, under a competitive competition regime, for sports projects developed by non-profit entities. of Llíria approved by the Plenary in its Ordinary session held on July 28, 2022. Considering that on September 29, the announcement by the Llíria City Council on modification of the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, to sports projects developed by non-profit entities, was published in the BOP. Considering that there is sufficient and adequate credit in the Budget of the Llíria City Council for the financial year 2023, charged to RC number 12023000025158 and budget application 900/341/48000 SPORTS/SUBV CONCURRENCIA FOMENTO DEPOR.LOCAL, for the amount of €88,733.00. Considering the Technical Report issued by Antonio Cotanda Criado, Municipal Sports Technician on September 14, 2023. Considering that this City Council approved on February 17, 2005 the general Subsidies Ordinance that came into force through publication of its full text in the Official Gazette of the Province No. 151, of June 28, 2005. Considering the above, it is considered that The file has followed the processing established in current regulations.
