Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and on the institutional website of the Community of Madrid (www.comunidad.madrid). BDNS:...... First Purpose The purpose of this call is the granting of aid for the implementation of the pilot program for dance assistants in Madrid educational centers of public or private ownership supported with public funds to be developed in the 2023-2024 academic year. The dance assistants who are beneficiaries of the aid will carry out their activity in the school to which they are assigned, under the supervision of a regular teacher, complying with the specific teaching program prepared by the Ministry, for a minimum of 6 hours per week and a maximum of 16 hours per week, during the academic year. Second Beneficiaries 1. Beneficiaries may be those natural persons with full capacity to act who meet the following conditions: a) Have Spanish nationality or from any of the member countries of the European Economic Area, or permanent and legal residence in Spain. b) Have passed the Professional Dance Education and obtained the corresponding title. c) Be of legal age (having turned 18 years of age) and be under 60 years of age as of September 1 of the year in which the corresponding course begins. d) Not suffer from an illness that makes it impossible to perform their duties as an assistant. e) Lack of crimes of a sexual nature, which will be accredited by a negative certificate of crimes of a sexual nature. f) Mastery of the Spanish language. Documentary proof will only be required in cases where the candidates are not Spanish or from Spanish-speaking countries. Accreditation of Spanish language proficiency in such cases must be carried out in a documentary manner, through certificates from public or private entities that guarantee a level of at least B2, in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. 2. These requirements must be met at the end of the application submission period, and maintained until the end of the 2023-2024 academic year. 3. Beneficiaries may not be those who are already public employees (whether they are career civil servants, interim civil servants, temporary personnel, or labor personnel) in any Administration, those who are working in a private center supported by public funds or those who are subject to any of the circumstances and prohibitions that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary of subsidies according to article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17. Third Regulatory bases The regulatory bases of this call are included in Order 3134/2023, of August 18, of the Ministry of Education, Science and Universities (Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid of August 25, 2023). Fourth grading criteria. Aid will be granted based on the following criteria: a) Academic record: 1. Greater than or equal to 9 and up to 10: 10 points. 2nd Greater than or equal to 8 and less than 9: 8 points. 3rd Greater than or equal to 7 and less than 8: 6 points. 4th Greater than or equal to 6 and less than 7: 4 points. 5th Greater than or equal to 5 and less than 6: 2 points. b) Having obtained the title of Professional Dance Education in the specialty of Flamenco Dance or Spanish Dance: 10 points. c) Having received additional specific training in folklore: 2 points per course up to a total of 10 points. d) Participation in shows included in children's or youth festivals: 2 points per show up to a total of 6 points. In the event of a tie, the result will be settled based on the score obtained in criterion a) and, failing that, the order of presentation of your application in the registry. Fifth Amount The budget destined to finance the call for these scholarships will amount to 456,960 euros. The monthly amount of the scholarship is established based on the hours dedicated to the activity in the classroom, varying between a maximum of 913.93 euros per month for a dedication of 16 hours per week and a minimum of 342.72 euros for 6 hours per week.
