Resolution 712/2023, of October 5, on the call and approval of bases for the granting of aid to obtain the FGV metro transportation card for people over 65 years of age and people with disabilities equal to or greater than 64%

Official description of the call

CALL EXTRACT 1. Purpose The purpose of this call is the regulation of the procedure that will govern the granting on a competitive basis of aid aimed at partially or fully covering the costs of acquiring the FGV Bonometer card for people over 65 years of age (Gent Major Title) and for people with a disability equal to or greater than 64% (Mobilitat Title). Its purpose is to promote the autonomy of the elderly and people with severe disabilities registered in Almàssera, facilitating the acquisition of the bonometer from the Department of Social Welfare. 2. Beneficiaries Persons who meet the following requirements will be considered beneficiaries of the subsidies referred to in these bases: A.- AID FOR “GENT MAJOR” TITLE: Be registered in the municipality of Almàssera at the time of the application, and with a minimum period of twelve months prior to the application. Be 65 years old in the established period for submitting applications, whether or not they receive a pension. Be up to date with tax, Social Security and Municipal Treasury obligations. and with the tax obligations of the Almàssera City Council. Not be subject to any of the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary indicated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. B.- AID FOR “MOBILITAT” TITLE: Be registered in the municipality of Almàssera at the time of the application, and with a minimum period of twelve months prior to it. Have a disability equal to or greater than 64%. Be up to date with tax, Social Security and Municipal Treasury obligations. and with the tax obligations of the Almàssera City Council. Not be subject to any of the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary indicated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. 3. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases have been approved by Mayor's Decree of October 5, 2023 and are published at the following address: https://www.almassera.es/transparencia/bonometro-2023-2024 4. Financing and amount of aid 4.1. This aid will be financed from item 231/480.00 of the municipal budget, with a global limit of 24,000 euros. 4.2. Amount of aid The amount of aid will be as follows: For those over 65 years of age with a contributory pension. €66.4 + €4 for new expedition. For those over 65 years of age, without a pension or with a non-contributory pension: €116.4 + €4 per new issue. For applicants with a degree of disability of 64% or higher €87.30 + €4 per new issue. 5. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting aid will be 15 business days, starting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP of Valencia and on the electronic notice board of the Almàssera City Council. 6. Other information Along with the application, interested parties will provide the documentation detailed in the fourth base of the regulations of the call. 7. Resolution and notification The final resolution will put an end to the administrative procedure and an optional appeal for reconsideration may be filed against it in accordance with Law 39/2015 or a contentious-administrative appeal within a period of two months before the corresponding Court, in accordance with Law 29/1998.
