First. - Beneficiaries. Natural persons of legal age on the date of publication of the extract of the call in the "Official Gazette of Castilla y León". Second. - Object. The objective is to call, under a competitive competition regime, subsidies for the rental of housing that are intended to facilitate the enjoyment of a home or room under a rental or transfer of use regime located in the Community of Castilla y León to sectors of the population with limited economic means. Third. - Regulatory bases. Chapters I and II of the annex to Order MAV/1420/2022, of October 13, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the rental of housing and the improvement of the accessibility of housing, within the framework of the State Plan for access to housing 2022-2025, in the Community of Castilla y León, published in the "Official Gazette of Castilla y León" No. 199 of October 14. Room. - Amount. 1. The total amount allocated to this subsidy is NINENINE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND ONE EUROS (€19,722,001). This budget allocation will be allocated in a maximum amount of SIX HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND FORTY-FIVE EUROS (€630,045), to the requests of tenants in a situation of sudden vulnerability. If there is any surplus of said amount, it will be used for the rest of the applications. 2. However, in accordance with the provisions of article 16.3 of Law 5/2008, of September 25, and in article 58.2 of the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, the amount provided for in the previous section may be increased by a maximum additional amount of FOURTEEN MILLION EUROS (€14,000,000), the application of which to the granting of these subsidies will not require of a new call, and whose effectiveness is conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit. Fifth. - Presentation deadline. The application submission period will begin on December 1, 2023 and end on January 15, 2024, both included, and its submission will imply full acceptance of the conditions established in Royal Decree 42/2022, of January 18, in the regulatory bases and in this call.
