EXTRACT RULES APPROVED BY JGL 10/6/2023 FOR GRANTING SUBSIDIES FOR EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS SCHOOL YEAR 2023/2024 OF PUBLIC INFANT AND PRIMARY SCHOOLS, PUBLIC INSTITUTES, ADULT TRAINING CENTER AND OFFICIAL LANGUAGE SCHOOL.

Official description of the call

ANNOUNCEMENT Extract from the agreement of the Local Government Board dated October 6, 2023 of the Cornellá de Llobregat City Council by which the call for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, for Educational Projects for the 2023/2024 school year of the Public Infant and Primary Schools, the Public Institutes, the Adult Training Center and the Official School of Languages of Cornellá de Llobregat Beneficiary entities. Public Early Childhood and Primary Education Schools, Public Institutes, the Adult Training Center and the Official Language School of Cornellá de Llobregat may apply for subsidies, and they must: Be up to date with the justifications for other subsidies. Be up to date with compliance with your tax obligations with the City Council, Tax Agency and Social Security at the time of submitting the application, or at the latest on the last day of submitting the applications and must be current throughout the entire subsidy process. Not have debts with the City Council. Not be included in the cases of prohibition to obtain subsidies provided for in art. 13.2 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. Object. The purpose of these Rules is to define the set of conditions and the procedure to follow for the application, processing, granting, collection and justification of the aid granted by the Cornellá de Llobregat City Council to Educational Projects, which aim to promote and enhance projects for the 2023/2024 school year, of the Public Infant and Primary Schools, of the Public Institutes, of the Adult Training Center and of the Cornellá de Llobregat Official Language School, which represent an improvement in the quality of education and permanent training. 3. Project. Projects that contemplate socio-educational and pedagogical innovation activities and resources that are carried out within the framework of educational centers and that are related to the following topics will be eligible for subsidies: A) Public Infant and Primary Schools and Public Institutes: Projects that promote knowledge of the social and cultural environment. Projects to support school libraries. Projects that promote innovation and scientific, technological and social research. Activities scheduled for the center's cultural week. Projects that promote sustainability and respect for the environment. Projects that promote gender equality and diversity. Reading promotion projects. B) Adult Training Center and Official Language School: Socio-educational and innovation projects that consolidate educational experiences. Projects that contemplate sociocultural activities that promote the opening of the center in the city. Support projects for the centers' libraries. Projects that promote gender equality and diversity. The Project corresponding to the 2023/2024 school year will be eligible for subsidies. The requests and justifications will have to be presented in accordance with clauses 11.1 and 19.1 of these bases. Each center may only present a single Project, either a continuation project started during previous courses, or a new Project. In the case of Public Infant and Primary Schools and Public Institutes, the Project presented may be complementary to the one presented by the AMPA of the center in the corresponding call. Under no circumstances are infrastructure works or the part of the Projects that, where applicable, refer to them, subject to subsidy. Applicable regulations In everything not provided for in these Bases, Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, will apply; the Bases for Execution of the municipal Budget for the current fiscal year; Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, as well as other applicable local regulations. Budget allocation The corresponding subsidies in the 2023/2024 academic year will be made effective under budget item 0200 3200D 4800000, for a maximum amount of €52,293, subject to the condition of existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the reso
