Official description of the call

On October 21, 2023, the extract of the Agreement of the Board of Directors of the Consortium of the City of Cuenca was published in the Official State Gazette, number 252, approving the Call for the direct subsidy in kind to the Cuenca City Council for the modified project “Pedestrian Crossing under the Trinidad Bridge in the city of Cuenca”. By Agreement of March 3, 2025, of the Board of Directors of the Consortium of the City of Cuenca, which approves the modification of the Call for the direct subsidy in kind to the City Council of Cuenca of the agreement to modify the regulatory bases of the direct subsidy for the modified project “Pedestrian Crossing under the Trinidad Bridge in the city of Cuenca, in the year 2025, as a consequence of this, the modification of the Call passes to have the following wording: First. Purpose of this call is the granting of the direct subsidy in kind to the Cuenca City Council for the construction of the “Pedestrian Crossing Under the Trinidad Bridge of the City of Cuenca” in the fiscal year 2023, according to the bases approved by the Board of Directors of the Consortium of the City of Cuenca, dated October 2, 2023. In addition, by this agreement, its purpose is to carry out the modified one. and settlement of the aforementioned work. Second. The beneficiary of this direct subsidy in kind will be the City Council of Cuenca. Third. Credits The total amount of the “Puente de la Trinidad Pedestrian Crossing” project, including the original subsidy, plus the modified amount, is 887,421.42 (eight hundred eighty-seven thousand four hundred and twenty-one euros and forty-two cents). 755,401 euros (Seven hundred fifty-five thousand four hundred one euro and fifty cents VAT included) charged to the budget of the Consortium for the year 2023. And also included is the amount of €132,019.85 (one hundred thirty-two thousand nineteen euros and eighty-five cents), charged to the Budget of the Consortium of the City of Cuenca, for the year 2025 for the execution of the modification and settlement of the subsidized work. Fourth. Fifth. Deadline for execution of activities. The deadline for the execution of the subsidized works will be borne by the Consortium, which after completing the relevant prior procedures, will set the execution deadline in accordance with Law 97/2017 on Public Sector Contracts. Sixth. Place of submission of applications. The application will be submitted in the electronic registry of the Cuenca City Consortium. Seventh. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty calendar days from the day following the publication of this Extract of the call in the Official State Gazette.
