Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Beneficiaries. Any city council of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura that meets the requirements established by article 2 of Order July 28, 2022, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the hiring of managers for commercial revitalization (DOE no. 151 of August 5, 2022). Second. Object. Aid will be granted to the municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura to cover the salary costs of providing the service for three years, of a manager to boost retail trade. The manager will be in charge of promoting and energizing the small retail business in the town, in all areas and commercial spaces, including food markets. Third. Regulatory bases. Order July 28, 2022 establishing the regulatory bases for aid for the hiring of managers for commercial revitalization (DOE No. 151 of August 5, 2022). Room. Amount. The total amount of the resolution calling for aid amounts to 337,500 euros. The cost of the planned actions will be charged to the budget items contained in Program 341A “Quality Commerce and Extremadura Crafts”, charged to budget application 14003341A460.00, Expenditure project 20170247 called “Aid for hiring trade agents”, financed with funds from the Autonomous Community, in the amount of 56,250 euros charged to the year's budget 2023, 56,250 euros charged to the 2024 budget, 112,500 euros charged to the 2025 budget and 112,500 euros charged to the 2026 budget. The aid will be granted for the amount corresponding to the three years of provision of the service, and will be paid in accordance with the provisions of article 13 of Order July 28, 2022 by the that establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the hiring of managers for commercial revitalization. The amount of the aid will be 75% of the eligible expenses, with the maximum amount of eligible expenses being 25,000 euros per year, so that the maximum aid limit per year of service provision will be 18,750 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the date of publication of the call resolution and this extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura. Sixth. Other data. The procedure for granting aid will be processed on a competitive basis, through periodic calls.
