Official description of the call
First. Object. The purpose of this call is to grant the direct subsidy in kind to the Cuenca City Council to carry out the works of “Consolidation of the Lower Angustias Wall” of the city of Cuenca, in the year 2023, according to the bases approved by the Board of Directors of the Consortium of the City of Cuenca, on October 2, 2023. Second. Beneficiaries. The beneficiary of this direct subsidy in kind will be the Cuenca City Council. Third. Credits. The budget intended to finance this call amounts to the maximum amount of the subsidy, which is €157,299.34 (ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND NINETY-NINE EUROS AND THIRTY-FOUR CENTS, VAT included), in the financial year 2023, item 336-76001- To local entities. This amount represents the maximum total amount available, which may not be exceeded in any case. Room. Regulatory bases Agreement dated October 2, 2023, of the Board of Directors of the Consortium of the City of Cuenca, which approves the regulatory bases of the direct subsidy in kind from the Consortium of the City of Cuenca to the City Council of Cuenca for the execution of the works of “Consolidation of the lowering wall to the Angustias” of the city of Cuenca, in fiscal year 2023. https://www.consorciodecuenca.es/storage/contents/anuncios/atrabajo-ca-2-10-2023--3-2-.pdf Fifth. Deadline for execution of activities. The deadline for the execution of the subsidized works will be borne by the Consortium, which after completing the relevant prior procedures, will set the execution deadline in accordance with Law 97/2017 on Public Sector Contracts. Sixth. Place of submission of applications. The application will be submitted in the electronic registry of the Cuenca City Consortium. Seventh. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty calendar days from the day following the publication of this Extract of the call in the Official State Gazette.
