The objective of this call is to improve the employability of the beneficiaries, who will receive specific and complementary professional experience to their training, allowing them to expand their specialization in a work context different from that of their country of origin, as well as the acquisition and recognition of skills through certificates recognized at the European level. 2. The object of this call is the regulation of the award procedure under a competitive competition and single call for 22 personal mobility scholarships for carrying out non-work internships in international companies, within the framework of the ERASMUS+ Program. These scholarships will be aimed at mid-level vocational training graduates who complete their studies during the 2023-2024 academic year, in one of the centers belonging to the HEBE MOBILITY 2022 Mobility Consortium and want to carry out curricular internships in a workplace (hereinafter, FCT) abroad. The 22 planned scholarships will be offered in the following way: * 5 places to Ireland. * 11 seats destined for Italy. * 6 places destined for Portugal 3. The scholarships will be distributed among the students of the centers that are part of the Consortium, and that have participated in the selection process. To do this, the general assessment criteria provided for in this call will be taken into account. Once the applications have been evaluated, a list of the successful bidders and a general list of reservations will be prepared. The duration of the mobility to carry out the curricular internships at the workplace (FCT) will be: * The stay in the host country will be 12 weeks long (90 days of internships and 2 days of travel). * The mobility period will begin in March 2024 and will end in June 2024. 4. The project will contemplate comprehensive management by the Provincial Council of Huelva with experience in the organization, management, monitoring and evaluation of mobility projects. 5. The mobility scholarship for carrying out the FCT in one of the countries included in the project 2022-1-ES01-KA121- 000055474, includes the following concepts: * Travel from Huelva to the destination city round trip and transfer to the airport at the destination on the first and last day of stay. * Individual Support: - Accommodation at destination. - Civil liability and accident insurance. - Coordination and Monitoring of internships at destination. - Local transportation card. * Pocket money for living expenses. The scholarship consists, on the one hand, of a monetary contribution in the form of pocket money and, on the other, of a contribution in kind that varies depending on the country of destination (airline tickets, accommodation, pre-departure training, etc.). Only for concept No. 3, cash will be delivered to the scholarship recipients; for concepts 1 and 2, the Provincial Council of Huelva will contract the products or services that will then be delivered to each participant. The amount of the aid will be determined by determining the use of unit cost criteria that will vary depending on the country of destination of the participants and depending on the application of the contribution rates per unit included in the Subsidy Agreement signed between the Provincial Council of Huelva and the SEPIE. 6. The beneficiary will have the right to receive the full amount of the scholarship subsidized by the SEPIE, so if once the mobility has been completed and the expenses corresponding to their stay have been met, the expense actually incurred per participant and country is lower than the established amounts, the existing difference will be transferred to the participant, once the participant has presented the documentation justifying the stay. 7. The total amount of the aid will be binding on the beneficiary in cases where total or partial reimbursement is appropriate or even in
