2023 aid for livestock professionals for the promotion, breeding and selection of saddle horses, pursuant to the Resolution of October 26, 2023 that calls for these subsidies in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8. a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and in article 16.q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call is published, the text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es and in this DOE. First. Object. Aid under a competitive competition regime and periodic public call, regulated by Decree 147/2018, of September 4, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies to livestock professionals in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the promotion of the breeding, selection and training of saddle horses, modified by Decree 39/2019, of April 16. Second. Beneficiaries. The natural and legal persons described in the second section of the call resolution, who carry out the actions, meet the requirements and acquire the commitments provided for in the regulatory bases, may benefit from the aid. Third. Regulatory bases. The subsidies are established by Decree 147/2018, of September 4, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies to livestock professionals in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the promotion of the breeding, selection and training of saddle horses (D.O.E. no. 176, of September 10), modified by Decree 39/2019, of April 16 (D.O.E. no. 78, of April 24). Room. Amount. The aid referred to in this call with an initial allocation of seventy-five thousand euros (75,000.00 euros) will be financed from the budget application 120020000/G/312B/47000/CAG0000001/20180106 “Actions of the Equine Strategic Plan”. The maximum financial allocation set for each type of aid will be 20,000.00 euros for the classical dressage, cowboy dressage and raid modalities and 15,000.00 euros for the show jumping modality, or the amount resulting from adding the surplus from other modalities to these maximum amounts, provided that the provisions of article 11.5 of the regulatory bases are met. The subsidy per product will be 5,000.00 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of Extremadura of this call.
