SUBSIDIES FOR INNOVATIVE PROJECTS IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL ACTION FOR THE YEAR 2023-2024, FROM THE SOCIAL WELFARE AREA OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF FUENLABRADA JGL AGREEMENT DATE 03/11/2023 (URGENCY. POINT 23.6)

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of art. 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index) FIRST: Beneficiaries. Associations or non-profit entities with legal personality and legally constituted that carry out the activity subject to subsidy in the area of ​​Social Welfare, being a necessary requirement, among others, that said entities are registered in a public registry throughout the national territory for non-profit private law entities and that they have at least two years of activity in the scope of their intervention project. The beneficiaries of the 2022-2023 call for innovative projects will not be able to apply for this call with the same project that was a beneficiary in the previous call with the same object; the projects must necessarily be different. SECOND. Object. The objectives of the call are those specified in its THIRD base, with the purpose of promoting the social inclusion of people with special difficulties, promoting innovation in methodologies, approaches and practices in the provision of social services and promoting and guaranteeing equality between women and men in all areas of the call. Current expenses will be financed for activities, personnel and dissemination related to the eleventh base of the call. The projects may be executed from July 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024, according to the accompanying schedule. THIRD. Regulatory Bases. The Subsidies Regulatory Ordinance of the Fuenlabrada City Council is published in the BOCM of March 11, 2005, as well as on the municipal website. ROOM. Amount: The amount assigned to this aid amounts to €40,000, charged to the budgetary application of expenditure 5011-231-48032 of the 2023 municipal budget. Only the 2 projects with the highest score will be subsidized. The amount awarded to each of the entities may not exceed €20,000. FIFTH. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications and mandatory documentation will be 10 business days counted from the day following the date of publication of the announcement of the call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. The presentation will be exclusively telematic through the electronic registry of the Fuenlabrada City Council. SIXTH: PAYMENT. The subsidy will be paid in advance, in full in the case of subsidies of up to €10,000.00 and 80% in the case of subsidies of an amount greater than €10,000.00 (with a minimum amount of €10,000.00). The rest will be paid once the previous percentage is justified. The deadline for submitting justifications for the grants awarded will end on November 30, 2024, through the documentation required in the Call (Sixteenth Base).
