Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Holders of temporary municipal auto-taxi licenses from the municipality of Calvià who meet the requirements established in the regulatory bases may be beneficiaries. Persons who meet any of the prohibitions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, will not be able to benefit from the subsidies provided for in this call. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to grant subsidies to holders of temporary auto-taxi licenses in the municipality of Calvià who have adapted or transformed a tourism-type vehicle to use it for public passenger transport. Third. Regulatory bases Regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to holders of temporary auto-taxi licenses of the municipality of Calvià who have adapted or transformed a tourism-type vehicle to use it for public passenger transport, published in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands No. 149 of November 2, 2023. Fourth. Amount The budget allocation for this call amounts to thirty thousand euros (€30,000.00) for the year 2023, charged to the City Council's budget item 503.44000.4720005. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications is ten calendar days from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands.
