Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries In this call, beneficiaries will be considered to be natural persons who carry out an economic activity (self-employed) or legal entities, private, national or foreign, as well as those validly constituted in accordance with the legal system, in which the requirements established in the Regulatory Bases are met. Proprietary companies are excluded, defined in the terms of article 14 of Foral Standard 2/2014, of January 17, of the Corporate Tax of the Historical Territory of Gipuzkoa. Second. Object The purpose of the program is to support business initiatives in the gastronomic field, to face one of the city's great challenges: maintaining San Sebastián among the gastronomic capitals of the world, promoting a generational change capable of offering a gastronomic proposal with its own identity. The Ekin + Gastro program is aimed at companies located in San Sebastián, led by young people, and is presented as a comprehensive support tool that includes specialized advice, financial aid and access to financing on preferential conditions. Third. Regulatory bases Approved by the Local Government Board dated November 21, 2023. Available on the website https://www.fomentosansebastian.eus/es/ocioturistico Cuarto. Amount. The financial award is €90,000. The maximum intensity of the amount of aid will generally be 100% of eligible expenses, without exceeding the maximum amount of THIRTY THOUSAND EUROS (€30,000) per application submitted. Fifth. Deadline and form of submission The duly completed forms and documentation may be submitted using electronic means through the website https://www.fomentosansebastian.eus/es/ocioturistico The deadline for submitting applications begins the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa and ends three weeks from the day following the publication of the extract in the BOG. Sixth. Payment method and terms The payment of the subsidy will be made in two payments and after providing the documentation required in the sections called “Partial Justification” and “Final Justification” of article 14 of the regulatory bases. The beneficiaries of the aid must justify the execution, billing and payment of the action that is the object of the aid before November 15, 2024.
