Official description of the call
First. Beneficiary Entities. Natural or legal persons who are owners of aquaculture farms and whose location is in Castilla-La Mancha may be beneficiaries of this aid, whether these are considered micro, small or medium-sized businesses. Second. Object. Call for aid for the year 2023 for the actions established in article 6 of Order 179/2023, of October 13, of the Ministry of Sustainable Development, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid to promote aquaculture in the autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha, for the period 2021-2027, financed by the European Maritime Fund for Fisheries and Aquaculture (FEMPA) under a competitive competition regime, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla La Mancha No. 204, of October 14, 2023. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 179/2023, of October 13, of the Ministry of Sustainable Development, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for the promotion of aquaculture in the autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha. Room. Amount. €150,000.00 from the 2025 budgets. The expense corresponding to this aid will be financed from budget application 2304000G/442B/77348, from the FPA 0090013 fund. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Thirty business days counting from the day following the publication of the call. Other data. Subsidies for expenses related to the activities contemplated in article 6 of the Basic Order must be justified within a maximum period of 10 days from the end of the execution period. (12 months counting from the day following the granting resolution).
