PUBLIC CALL FOR SPORTS PARTICIPATION AID 2023

Official description of the call

This City Council has a budget application intended to pay aid for participation in sports events, through a competitive bidding procedure. By virtue of the provisions of art. 4 of the Regulatory Bases, the public call will be initiated by Decree of the Mayor-President, which will be published through Bando, during the month of October of the year in force. The evaluation criteria for the applications are those included in the Regulatory Bases of this subsidy BOP Cádiz n.41 of 02/19/2005, BOP Cádiz n.139 of 07/20/2018 and BOP Cádiz n.º 209 of 3/11/2023. Requests will be addressed to the Mayor, presenting them at the Registry Assistance Office, or at any of the registries provided for in art. 31 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, accompanied by the documentation indicated in the same article. They may be submitted in the same way through the electronic office, at the link https://olvera.sedelectronica.es/info.0, general instance, accompanying the required documentation as attached electronic documents in PDF format. In addition to the documentation required in the Regulatory Bases, interested parties must provide a Responsible Declaration for subsidies in competitive competition for athletes (according to the model that will be provided by the City Council). By virtue of all the above, considering art. 4 of the Regulatory Bases and art. 21.1.s) of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, I come to RESOLVE: First.- Start the public call for sports participation aid, fiscal year 2023, opening the deadline for the presentation of applications, for a period of one month, counting from the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province, in the event that it is presented resolution is published before October 1, 2023, the deadline for submitting applications will be opened, for a period of one month starting on October 1, 2023. Second.- The call will be charged to Budget Application 2020.341.789.00 (SPORTS PROMOTION PROMOTION. Athletes Concurrence Subsidy), for a total amount of 13,000.00 euros. Third.- Publish this Resolution in the National Subsidies Base, B.O.P. Cádiz, Notice Board, physical and digital, as well as through the Mayor's Office published on the municipal website and the City Council's social networks. It is decreed, ordered and signed by the Mayor, in the place and date indicated above; all of which, as General Secretary, I authorize its transcription into the Book of Decrees;
