Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of these subsidies may be natural or legal persons who promote the eligible actions as owners, tenants, usufructuaries or holders of any other legal title of a similar nature admitted by law. Purpose Granting of subsidies by the Sabadell City Council, through the Urban Planning Service, aimed at the preservation and improvement of the elements of heritage interest of Sabadell, for those interventions and projects completed during the years 2020, 2021 and 2022.
