Of December 26, 2023, the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment calls for public subsidies to carry out activities in the field of occupational risk prevention in accordance with Law 31/1995, of November 8, of PRL.

Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries. The organizations referred to in article 12 of Law 31/1995, the representative business and union organizations in their corresponding sectoral scope, as well as the foundations or other entities constituted by these and those to achieve any of their purposes. They must be based in the Community of Castilla y León and be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding registry. Second.- Object. The purpose of this order is to call for subsidies, on a competitive basis, for the year 2024 to carry out activities in order to promote the improvement of health and safety conditions at work, especially in small businesses, through information actions, technical assistance and promotion of compliance with regulations on the prevention of occupational risks. Third.- Regulatory Bases. The regulatory bases are included in Order TES/864/2023, of July 21 (BOE of July 25), which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, for carrying out activities in the field of occupational risk prevention in accordance with Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks. Fourth.- Amount. The total amount of the call amounts to 549,342.38 euros. The amount called may be increased, if circumstances require it, after completing the corresponding procedures. The effectiveness of the additional amount is conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit, and, where appropriate, prior approval of the appropriate budget modification, at a time prior to the resolution of the granting of the subsidy article 58.2 b. of RD 887/2006, which approves the Regulations of the General Law of Subsidies Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month, starting on February 1, 2024.
