Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published; The full text can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries The public centers of Early Childhood and Primary Education, and Compulsory Secondary Education of Polinyà for the 2023-2024 academic year. Second. Purpose To call a public tender for the granting of subsidies to the municipality's public educational centers that provide early childhood, primary and compulsory secondary education during the 2023-2024 academic year. Third. Regulatory bases. Approved by the Plenary Session of the Polinyà City Council on November 22, 2017 and published in the BOPV dated December 5, 2017 and modified in the Plenary Session dated April 3, published in the BOPV dated April 12, 2019 and also in the Plenary Session dated September 30, 2020 and published in the BOPB dated October 9, 2020 Fourth. Amount. The maximum amount of the grant call will be 19,000 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The day after the publication of the extract of the call, and will end on February 16, 2024. Sixth. Other data. The school year is understood to be the period from September 1 to June 30 of the following year. Maximum deadline for submitting the justification: July 15, 2024. The amount and percentage of the subsidies awarded will not exceed, in any case, 50% of the total cost of the subsidized projects / activities. Payment is made in two installments: 80%, once the subsidy is approved; and a second payment of the remaining 20% once all subsidized expenses have been justified.
