CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF INDIVIDUALIZED ECONOMIC BENEFITS IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL SERVICES: AID FOR SUPPORT FOR THE YEAR 2024

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17,3b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans First: Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of this aid will be people registered in the municipality of Mislata, with a minimum of one year, who do not have sufficient income to cover the minimum subsistence expenses. Taking into account the nature of the aid that is the subject of these bases and the directed purpose, which is to promote coexistence and help maintain the well-being conditions of people with serious economic difficulties in the municipality, the exception is established for the beneficiaries' compliance with the conditions established in art. 13.2 of the General Law of Subsidies. These bases regulate the granting of individualized economic benefits in terms of social services through competitive competition aimed at individuals or family units to remedy a seriously deteriorated situation, one of urgent need or with serious specific problems that affect their personal, social and economic autonomy, and that they cannot resolve with their own economic means, in order to achieve their normal human and social development. The benefits will cover the following concept: - Expenses intended to cover basic family needs: aid for the acquisition of basic food products and cleaning and/or. personal hygiene. The maximum amount foreseen for the present aid amounts to €300,000. The granting of the present aid is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the granting resolution. The form of justification of the present aid is carried out prior to its granting through the documentation required for this purpose, so that the constitution is not required either. of guarantees by the beneficiaries, in accordance with article 34 of the General Law of Subsidies. Fifth: Amount of subsidies The support for maintenance will be granted semiannually, the grant will be from the date of submission of the application in the Entry Registry. When the monthly payments to be granted are less than the semester at the end of the year, the corresponding proportional part will be granted. provided for in section 11 of the call Sixth: Submission period The application period will begin on the immediate business day following the publication of the extract of the call and will end on November 15, 2024 Seventh: Other information Along with the application, interested parties will provide the documentation detailed in base 4 of the regulations of the call.
