SUBSIDY REQUEST FOR HIGHEST CATEGORY SPORTS TEAMS OF THE CITY OF HUESCA IN THE 2023/2024 SEASON.

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: The purpose of this call under an open competitive competition regime is to partially subsidize the expenses of sports teams in top national category competitions in the year 2024, or 2023-2024 season, which runs from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 in the case of teams whose competition is a season between two years and from October 1, 2023 to September 30 from 2024 in the event that the competitions are in the year 2024. In any case, the sports modality must be from a sports federation recognized by the Higher Sports Council. For the purposes of this call, the highest category is understood to be: The sports teams of Huesca with regular competition in a league format or through matches that bring together several clubs, that play in the absolute highest national category of their sporting modality or, if that highest category is a professional league approved by the CSD and its corresponding federation, play in the immediately lower one. Teams that, having met the requirements for the sports category for at least five years, have been relegated in category may apply for aid. In this case they will only be able to apply for it during the two years following the relegation and the aid will be reduced by 20% in the first year and 30% in the following year with respect to the weighted score. An entity cannot present more than one men's or women's team that meets these requirements. Second. Purpose: Eligible expenses will be those directly related to each of the teams for which the subsidy is requested: transportation, facilities, material, advertising, federation expenses, judges, supplies, personnel costs, maintenance. Protocolary hotel and restaurant expenses and expenses that exceed the market value verified by the Administration by the amount that exceeds the same are not admitted, in particular, those related to per diems and transportation of personnel to the extent that they are eligible for subsidies and exceed the limits officially established for personnel in the service of the "Public Administrations. Only 15% of the club's general expenses will be admitted. The eligible period for the expenses paid is from July 1 from 2023 to June 30, 2024 in the case of teams whose competition is a seasonal league between two years and from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024 in the case that the competitions are in the year 2024. Third. Regulatory Bases: Bases for the granting of subsidies by the City Council of Huesca and its dependent entities, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca, No. 69, dated April 13, 2016. Fourth. Amount: The amount allocated by the Huesca City Council for aid to top category teams will amount to €157,000.00 (one hundred and fifty-seven thousand euros), from the budget application 05 34104 48000 for the year 2024, Promotion of the City of Sports Clubs. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be ten calendar days from the date of publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. They will be submitted to the municipal registry at the electronic headquarters https://sedeelectronica.huesca.es/GDCarpetaCiudadano/welcome.do or through the different forms established in Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Administrations.
