Call for the granting of subsidies for cultural, sports and other entities for the year 2024.

Official description of the call

First.- Object and scope. The purpose of this aid is to promote the *relaització of cultural, sports and other activities of general interest or of an *educational or social nature, to understand that they promote good coexistence, healthy living habits, training, respect, equality and solidarity. Second.- Concession procedure. This program is governed by the non-competitive competition procedure through *distribution of the total amount of the subsidy, among the entities that are beneficiaries of the aid, in the amount that resulted from the application of Annex III of the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2023-2024, under the provisions of article 22 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and the articles 65 et seq. of the Regulation that *develops said Law, approved by *Reail Decree 887/2006, of July 21. Third.- Authorization of expenditure. In the municipal Budget extended for the year 2024, there is a budget provision in applications 231-48004, 231-48005, 324-48001, 337-48000, 338-48000, 338-48001 and 341-48000. “SUBSIDIES TO CULTURAL, SPORTS AND OTHER ENTITIES” to cover the present amount spent, raising the maximum amount on the item to €19,600. Fourth.- Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of the financial contributions will be the entities whose aid requests are approved. Fifth.- Requirements. According to article 12 et seq. of the General Subsidies Ordinance. The requirements will have to be presented at the *time of grant application. Sixth.- Amount. The amount to be granted per entity will be determined by application of the Strategic Subsidy Plan. Seventh.- Applications. The application will be submitted electronically at the *electronic headquarters of the Mareny de Barraquetes City Council, in the standardized application model for requesting subsidies, according to what is established in the procedures outlined in the *electronic headquarters. Eighth.- Submission period. From January 1, 2024 until 1 calendar month after the *publication of the *call in the BOP, through the *BDNS. Ninth.- Competent bodies for the investigation and resolution of the procedure. An official of the City Council will be the instructor and the Presidency will decide. Tenth.- Resolution and notification periodMaximum resolution period: 6 months.Maximum notification period: 10 business days. Eleventh.- Means of notification or publication. *Electronic notification to beneficiary entities. Twelfth.- End of the administrative routeThe resolution will put an end to the administrative route, being able to file the relevant legal remedies.
