Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Associations of parents of schools in the city of Huesca. Second. Purpose: The aid will be granted for the execution of theater, circus or children's dance workshops during extracurricular hours in schools, whose execution period will be from October 2023 to May 2024. Third. Regulatory Bases: General Ordinance approving the Regulatory Bases for the Granting of Subsidies by the City Council of Huesca and its Dependent Entities, definitively published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca, No. 239 dated December 19, 2017. Fourth. Amount: The amount of the call amounts to 18,400.00 euros (eighteen thousand four hundred euros) charged to item: 20 32601 48000 "Municipal Childhood Plan. Other transfers." Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 calendar days, counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca. Sixth. Other information: The application must be accompanied by the documentation provided for in the third base of the call. Among the requested groups, the City Council will distribute the concession of the 17 subsidized groups in accordance with the criteria established in the call. The justification corresponding to the expenses generated by the activity during the months of October 2023 to January 2024 must be submitted by March 20, 2024. The expenses corresponding to the months of February to May 2024 must be justified by the deadline of June 28, 2024. Eligible expenses will be those specified in the sixth base of the call. The annexes and other documentation corresponding to this call will be available to interested parties at the electronic headquarters of the Huesca City Council (https://sede.huesca.es/tramites/subvenciones).
