Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): DIPUTACIÓN DE TARRAGONA Communication Unit Presidency and Planning Office La Junta of Government of the Provincial Council of Tarragona, in a session of February 13, 2024, has approved the following call First.- Beneficiaries Applications to be beneficiaries can be submitted by all those associations, groups and private entities that have published periodical publications at a local or regional level during the year 2023, written in Catalan, edited and published within the territorial limits of the regions of Tarragona, not free and that meet the requirements of the call. Second.- Purpose Contribute to the consolidation and improvement of local and regional periodical publications, as well as to the promotion of these means of communication and social dissemination that enrich the cultural heritage of the country. Third.- Subsidized activities Periodical publications of a local and regional nature written in Catalan. Fourth.- General bases for subsidies of the Provincial Council of Tarragona and its autonomous bodies Bases published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Tarragona of February 27, 2019. Fifth.- Budget credit and maximum total amount Budget application 2024-5020-4912-48900-01 of the expenditure budget for the year 2024, project 202452005. Maximum total amount of the subsidies called: 40,000.00 euros This maximum amount can be increased in accordance with the applications received and budget availability. Sixth.- Amount to be granted The amount to be granted is calculated based on the existing credit in the budget application and the number of applications submitted in the call. Seventh.- Deadline for submitting applications It begins on March 1, 2024 and ends on April 30, 2024, without the possibility of extension. Eighth.- Application submission form The subsidy application and the rest of the documentation must be submitted through the specific electronic procedure enabled at: https://seuelectronica.dipta.cat, Electronic Headquarters of the Provincial Council of Tarragona, in a standardized model available at the same headquarters.
