Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: Commercial companies, individual entrepreneurs, communities of goods and any other type of economic unit that are owners of an economic activity registered prior to April 30, 2023 that complies with: 1.- Be included in any of the following headings of the IAE: Section 1: Group 64 - Retail trade of food, beverages and tobacco products carried out in permanent establishments Except 646 – Retail trade of tobacco and smoking articles. Group 65 – Retail trade of non-food industrial products carried out in permanent establishments Except 655 – Retail trade of fuels, fuels and lubricants. Group 67 - Food service and 69 - Repairs Except 677 - Services provided by establishments classified in groups 671, 672, 673, 681 and 682 of groups 67 and 68, carried out outside said establishments. Other food services. Group 84 - Services provided to companies Group 93 - Education and research Except 931 - Regulated education, 934 - Education outside a permanent establishment, 935 - Residence halls and student residences and 936 - Scientific and technical research. Group 94 - Health and veterinary services Group 96 - Recreational and cultural services. Except 969 - Other recreational services, n.e.c. Group 97 -Personal services. Section 2: Group 82 - Teaching professionals Group 83 - Health professionals 2.- That the activity is carried out in a ground-floor establishment located in the municipality of Massanassa, which has a clearly differentiated sales and customer service room 3- That the business has the corresponding municipal activity license and the space in which it is carried out is 100% dedicated to the activity. Applicants who have been beneficiaries of these aid in the calls of the previous two years, nor Associations, foundations, and in general, non-profit entities, may not have the status of beneficiaries. Neither will the owners of activities whose workforce exceeds 20 workers at the time of the request, nor when the action for which the aid is requested does not comply with current regulations regarding urban planning, image and architecture, as well as in matters of health and hygiene. Second. Object. Promote commercial innovation through investment in image and new technologies, in the municipality of Massanassa. Third. Regulatory bases. General Subsidies Ordinance of the Massanassa City Council, approved on October 28, 2020 and published in the BOP of Valencia on January 21, 2021 Fourth. Maximum credit of the call. The credit allocated for the financing of this call is 15,000 Euros, charged to the budget application 43110 770 SUBVENC ADECUAC AND MODERNIZAC COMERCIOS of the current general budget of the town council of Massanassa. Fifth. Eligible expenses Eligible expenses are considered to be those that undoubtedly respond to the nature of the subsidized activity, are strictly necessary and have been incurred and effectively paid between January 1, 2024 and the end of the application submission period. Sixth.- Concept and eligible amounts. a) RENOVA Line: Conditioning and renovation works of the premises. For activities carried out inside establishments that involve a significant modernization or transformation of the point of sale. Expenses aimed at implementing savings, energy efficiency or accessibility measures may also be subsidized. The acquisition of materials intended for carrying out works or installations with our own means or the renovations carried out in back rooms or warehouses are not considered eligible actions.
