Official description of the call
The Local Government Board dated February 29, 2024 has adopted, among others, the following agreement: First.- Approve the call for 2024 subsidies charged to the additional item called auzotasuna. Second.- Authorize an expense of €22,000.00 charged to account 1104.481.410.00.19 2024 (5507). Third.- The purpose of this subsidy is to contribute with an additional financial contribution to the financing allocated to the neighborhoods for the execution of works promoted by them but that are under municipal jurisdiction or that may have a benefit at the local level. Fourth.- Neighborhood associations representing the 16 rural neighborhoods of Oñati will be beneficiaries of the subsidies. Fifth.- The deadline for submitting subsidy applications is 30 days from its publication in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. This agreement is final and puts an end to the administrative procedure. Interested persons may directly file a Contentious-Administrative Appeal against it before the Contentious-Administrative Courts of San Sebastián, within a period of two months from the day following its publication. However, private persons, in advance, may file an Optional Appeal for Reinstatement before the Governing Board, within a period of one month from the day following its publication. In this case, a contentious-administrative appeal cannot be filed until the reconsideration appeal is expressly resolved or its presumed dismissal has occurred. All this without prejudice to the filing of any other appeal that is deemed pertinent. What is published for general knowledge.
