On February 27, 2024, the Governing Board of the Quart de Poblet City Council approved the regulatory bases for competitive participation for the granting of "AID INTENDED TO DEFY THE EXPENSES DERIVED FROM TRAINING (PROFESSIONAL CARDS AND OTHERS) FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE EMPLOYABILITY AND JOB INSERTION OF PEOPLE REGISTERED IN QUART DE POBLET, in accordance with the provisions of art. 9.2 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Publication; https://quartdepoblet.sedipualba.es/tablondeanuncios/anuncio.aspx?id=51095 By agreement of the local government board of February 27, 2024, the call for said aid was approved for the year. 2024. 1.- Purpose. The purpose of this call is to regulate the calls for individualized financial aid to cover expenses derived from vocational training for employment, complementary training, professional cards, etc. required to qualify for certain jobs. Each beneficiary will contact the approved school/training center that teaches these courses, providing proof of the degree and the payment made. It will be made effective from the credit approved in budget item 241-48100 of the General Budget for the year 2024, and included in the Strategic Subsidy Plan, for an amount of €3,000. 3. Beneficiaries 3.1 Unemployed people who meet the following requirements may apply for this aid: a) Residing and being registered in Quart de Poblet, at least. 6 months from the moment of the application. b) Carry out training actions that facilitate their job/professional integration, being registered in the Employment and Development Center (CED). c) In the case of neighbors who meet requirements a) and b), but are not totally unemployed, if they have a partial or temporary contract, it will be assessed by the commission. 4.- The maximum amount of the aid, as contemplated in section. 8 of the bases, may be up to 200 euros, and never exceed the end of the subsidy regulated in the bases. You will only be able to be a beneficiary of one course per person/year. The system of these aids is competitive, so applications that meet the requirements of the call will be granted in strict order of presentation by entry registration, until the budget of the call is exhausted, and may be extended, following the appropriate procedure. To apply for the aid, the completed application will be submitted to the CED (Employment and Development Center), and it will be formalized according to the model that appears in Annex I. Once the call is opened at the municipal electronic headquarters, by registration in the authorized procedure, one application will be completed per interested party. The deadline for submitting applications will begin from the day after the call is published in the bop, with a deadline of the last business day of the month of November. the funds, and retroactively from January 2024. The applications will conform to the standardized model, and may be submitted, along with the documentation required in the Regulatory Bases through the Registry of the Electronic Headquarters of the Quart de Poblet City Council; Citizen Assistance, as well as, in any of the ways admitted by the Common Administrative Procedure of the public Administrations.
