Call and regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to cultural associations and activities in the municipality of Larrabetzu.

Official description of the call

1.- Object of the subsidy.- The object of this subsidy is the promotion and dissemination of cultural activities in the area of ​​Larrabetzu. 2.- Beneficiaries.- 1.- Beneficiaries of this subsidy are all natural or legal persons, including those without legal personality (in the case of associations it will be its president), who promote the activities included in the previous section, provided that they carry out social work or intend to develop it, or to complete those carried out by the Larrabetzu City Council by virtue of the provisions of article 5 of the regulatory bases. 2.- The beneficiaries for the granting of the subsidy must meet the following requirement: be a non-profit entity or association, including foundations, legally constituted and registered in the Registry of Associations of the Basque Government, provided that it has its headquarters in the Historical Territory of Bizkaia and carries out activities aimed at the inhabitants of Larrabetzu. 3.- Subsidy budget.- For these subsidies, the amount provided for in the municipal budget of each year will be available for said objective, which will be established in the annual call to be made. For the year 2024 there is budget item 330.48000 with a credit of 15,000.00 euros. 4.- Submission of applications.- 1.- The Mayor's Office will make the call for these subsidies, through announcement. Said announcement will be published in the Official Gazette of Bizkaia, on the Larrabetzu website and on the notice board, at least a).- The application, addressed to the Mayor-and President of the City Council, in the General Registry of Entries, or in one of the ways indicated in Law 39/2019, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure. Interested parties may submit the application within a period of one month from the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of Bizkaia. b).- Together with the application, the following documents must be submitted: Photocopy of the DNI of the person submitting the application and a document proving the representation of the association. Photocopy of the entity's CIF, if it is a legal entity. Detailed project of the activities that motivate the subsidy application. Said project must include at least an explanation of the project, the inhabitants to whom it is directed, what goals are pursued and the interest for Larrabetzu, indicating when and how the activities will be carried out. Balanced annual budget of expenses and income, where the amount requested from the city council will clearly appear. Being a non-profit entity, the association must present the Statutes duly sealed and registered by the corresponding Registry, or a certification of the corresponding registry. Certificate from the Foral Treasury stating that the subsidy applicant is up to date with the payment of their tax obligations. In the case of municipal taxes, the applicants will make a responsible declaration on this point, with the City Council giving said certificate ex officio. Certificate from the General Treasury of Social Security stating that the subsidy applicant is up to date with the payment of their social security obligations. c).- If any other subsidy has been requested from any other public or private organization, a declaration of said end will be included in the application to the Larrabetzu City Council. It will declare which entity financing has been requested from, how much money has been requested and, if applicable, how much has been obtained. d).- In addition to the documents and data indicated, the Larrabetzu City Council may collect more data in each specific case, whenever it is considered necessary for the complete assessment of the project. e).- As an exception to any of the documents included herein in this base, a responsible declaration may be submitted. When this is the case, before the proposal to grant the subsidy, the beneficiary must present, at the request of the City Council, the documentation accrediting these aspects within a maximum period of fifteen days. 5.- Application submission deadline.- The application deadline is one month from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Bizkaia. 6.- Body of Instruction.- Information Commission on culture of the Larrabetzu City Council 7.- Body for the Res
