Official description of the call

BDNS 748184 EXTRACT First. Beneficiaries Local Entities of the province of Almería. Municipalities that, having obtained plants in the previous call (B.O.P. of Almería no. 59, of March 28, 2022), do not justify their correct maintenance may not be beneficiaries of this assistance. Second. Purpose. 1. Improve the urban environment of our towns and cities by increasing urban biodiversity, providing plants and animals with favorable habitat, food and protection; the mitigation of climate change, the improvement of air quality, the generation of shaded spaces with a reduction in temperatures in the summer and the regulation of water flow. 2. Collaborate with the municipalities, through financial assistance in kind, in the exercise of the powers assigned to them regarding public parks and gardens, giving priority to municipalities with a smaller population and scarce economic resources. Third. Regulatory Bases. Publication of the extract in the B.O.P. of Almería, and the full text on the notice board of the Provincial Council of Almería (www.dipalme.org). Room. Amount. The maximum total number of plants that will be delivered will depend on the availability in the Provincial Nursery at the time of the concession. In any case, the effective supply of plants will be conditioned to the concurrence of possible circumstances and natural incidents that could alter said availability. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be ONE MONTH from the day following the publication of this extract in the B.O.P. from Almeria. Processing The call will be processed electronically through the website www.dipalme.org.
