Official description of the call
First.- Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of a subsidy for carrying out various rehabilitation works in residential buildings in Elgoibar are those approved by the Local Government Board, in a session held on February 21, 2022 (BOG 03/04/2022), and modified from time to time by the Local Government Board in a session held on February 20, 2023 (BOG 03/06/2023). Second.- Financing The 2024 municipal budget includes item 1 0311.480.152.20.02, with €120,000 for that purpose. Third.- Object of the subsidy The carrying out of rehabilitation works in residential buildings located on the urban land of the Municipality. Fourth.- Requirements to apply for the subsidy The Communities of Owners and natural or legal persons who own residential buildings located on urban land, which comply with the general provisions of article 10 of the “General Subsidies Ordinance of the City Council of Elgoibar and its Autonomous Bodies”, may be beneficiaries of the subsidy. In addition, they must be up to date with the payment of taxes and penalties from the Elgoibar City Council, and other tax obligations (Foral Treasury) and social security. Fifth.- Amount of the subsidy The amount of the subsidy is established, for each of the lines, as a percentage of the eligible expense, with a maximum amount. The percentages of eligible expenses and the maximum amounts are the following for each line: Line % Max. amount. 1 25% €10,000 2 25% €10,000 3 25% €20,000 4 25% €10,000 5 40% €8,000 Sixth.- Deadline and method of submission of applications The submission period will begin the day following the publication of the call announcement in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa and will end on November 15, 2024. Applications must be submitted by completing the application form. Applications will preferably be submitted electronically on the citizen portal of the City Council website: https://www.elgoibar.eus Exceptionally, and when the applicant does not act through any professional, they will be presented to the Citizen Service of the Elgoibar City Council (Santa Ana kalea 2, ground floor).
