Official description of the call

BDNS (identification code): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias). First Beneficiaries The farmers and/or ranchers who own agricultural holdings or groups of farmers and/or ranchers or other beneficiaries who commit for a period of five years, except due to force majeure, to comply with the required requirements and commitments. Second Object Promote the conversion of agricultural lands, located in the Community of Madrid, to the organic production system, and its maintenance in said organic agriculture or livestock system. Third Regulatory bases This call is regulated by Order 716/2024, of the Ministry of Environment, Agriculture and Interior, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the adoption and maintenance of organic farming or livestock practices and methods, co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and the General Administration of the State within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy for the period 2023-2027 and the call for the year 2024 is approved, the full publication of which in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid will occur simultaneously with the publication of this extract. Fourth Amount and financing of aid For the fulfillment of the actions referred to in this call, budgetary credits will be assigned from the General Budgets of the Community of Madrid, charged to item 77306 of Expenditure Program 411 A, with the following annual breakdown: First (2024): €2,500,000 Second (2025): €2,500,000 Third (2026): €2.5 million 62.3 of Royal Decree-Law 36/2020, of December 30, which approves urgent measures for the modernization of the Public Administration and for the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. If this extension of the maximum total amount initially set is not sufficient, a coefficient of up to 0.80 may be applied as stated in article 7 of the regulatory bases. These aid will be financed by the EAFRD, by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and by the Community of Madrid, according to the provisions of the CAP Strategic Plan for the period 2023-2027, with the participation in public spending of the different co-financing funds corresponding to the following percentages: 35% EAFRD, 20% General State Administration (AGE) and 45% Community of Madrid. In case of modification of the PEPAC, the percentages published in the last approved version will be. Fifth Deadline for submitting applications One month counting from the day following the publication of this call in the form of an extract in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid.
