Official description of the call

1. Object. The purpose of these rules is the granting of financial aid under a competitive competition regime for the payment of the fee for the use of sports facilities, both to students and to people in a situation of economic vulnerability, corresponding to the payment for the year 2024. 2. Beneficiaries 1. Persons registered in Mondragon who, being taxpayers of the fee, are in a situation of economic vulnerability and/or are students, may apply for the subsidies that are regulated by these specific rules. PEOPLE IN A SITUATION OF ECONOMIC VULNERABILITY 1. A vulnerable economic situation will be considered one in which any of the following circumstances occur: Family unit of a single person: family income less than 165% of the SMI. Family unit made up of 2-3 people: family income less than 185% of the SMI. Family unit made up of 4-5 people: family income less than 225% of the SMI. Family unit of 6 people or more: family income less than 245% of the SMI. 2. For the granting of the subsidy, the following aspects will be taken into account: —To determine the number of members of the cohabitation unit, the provisions established in article 25 of Law 14/2022, of December 22, on the Basque System for Income Guarantee and Inclusion will be taken into account (1.– The cohabitation unit is constituted by the person or persons residing in a home, linked to each other by relationship up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity, adoption, or permanent or pre-adoptive foster care, as well as those united by marriage or similar to a marital bond.). —For the same purposes, the information in the Municipal Register of Inhabitants as of January 1 of the year of the application, in relation to the home in which the applicant is registered (habitual home). 3. Requirements that must be met The following requirements must be met: a- Have paid the Sports Center subscription fee for the year of the application. b- No member of the cohabitation unit will have any outstanding debt with the city council. In any case, it will be considered that they are up to date with the city council if their debt is divided into installments and they are regularly paying the installments. STUDENTS 1. A person who meets the following circumstances will be considered a student: Being between 19 and 26 years old. Be studying an official qualification, with a minimum duration of one year. 2. Requirements that must be met The following requirements must be met: a- Have paid the Sports Center subscription fee for the year of the application. 3. Documentation to present The documentation required in article 7 of the general bases of this call. In addition to what is regulated in article 7 of the general bases of this call, the following must be submitted: 3.1- Subsidy application form duly completed in accordance with the official model. 3.2- Certificate proving ownership of the current account. It will not be necessary to present it if it was presented in the previous call and there has been no change since then. 3.3- Documentation accrediting the situation alleged in the application: 1. Vulnerable economic situation: Personal Income Tax Declaration for the last financial year or certificate proving that it is not mandatory to present it. Cohabitation certificate. 2- Student: Student registration. 3.4- The Mondragón City Council may request ex officio, whenever possible and the interested party does not object, the following documents: Updated certificates of being up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations. In case of opposition, the applicant must present these certificates together with the subsidy application. The forms indicated above will be available to interested parties at the Citizen Service and on the municipal website https://www.arrasate.eus/es/baz-tramites. 4. Application submission deadline Subsidy applications must be submitted within 30 business days from the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa, along with the documentation described in the previous article. 5.
