General call for subsidies 2024. Annex No. 41: Subsidies for improving energy efficiency

IRUN CITY COUNCIL Area of ​​Urban Planning and Sustainable Development Extract from Resolution No. 371 of March 25, 2024 of the Mayor's Office of the Irun City Council, which approves the general call for subsidies 2024. Subsidy line: Subsidies for the improvement of energy efficiency All the documentation and information related to this call can be consulted on the Internet Portal of the Irun City Council www.irun.org. Object The following bases are subject to the regulation of the conditions for granting financial aid for improvement actions in terms of energy efficiency: Projects aimed at improving the energy efficiency of residential buildings as a whole, acting both to reduce energy demand and to increase the efficiency of the facilities and to promote the generation and use of renewable energy intended for self-consumption. All of this, with the aim of reducing the consumption of conventional thermal or electrical energy, under normal operating and occupation conditions, as well as the works to carry them out. Likewise, also the works that carry out actions inside the homes and premises individually, with the same objective. Beneficiaries and requirements Depending on the area where the action is carried out, they may obtain the status of beneficiary: In the case of actions in residential buildings: the natural persons who own them or Communities of owners of buildings under the horizontal property regime of the property on which the action is proposed. In the case of subsidies for single-family homes, the natural persons who own or rent the property on which the action is proposed may apply for said aid. Actions on housing: the natural persons who own or rent the property on which the action is proposed. Actions in commercial establishments: the natural persons who own or rent the property on which the action is proposed. Actions in companies in the industry and services sector: companies that carry out their business activity in the property on which the action is proposed, this activity being compatible with the qualification and urban planning regulations applicable to the plot on which the industrial plant resides. In any of the cases, the following are excluded from these subsidies and, therefore, no person who has carried out the actions may be a beneficiary: In buildings that have the RU-1, RP-10 or RP-24 rating according to the current General Urban Planning Plan. Without a planning license or in contravention of its conditions if one exists. Such actions are classified as clandestine with application of the legal regime provided for in current regulations. Likewise, those actions completed between September 28, 2023 and November 2, 2024 may be financed in the terms provided in the specific annex. Deadline and form of submission of applications The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa until November 2, 2024.
