PUBLIC CALL FOR THE GRANTING, UNDER A REGIME OF NON-COMPETITIVE CONCURRENCY, OF SUBSIDIES FOR THE PROMOTION OF THE REHABILITATION OF HOUSING FOR THE MEDIATION BAG FOR SOCIAL RENTAL.

Official description of the call

First: Purpose: The purpose of this program is to be able to benefit from a subsidy intended to promote the rehabilitation of homes destined for the mediation pool for social rentals in the municipality of Castell-Platja d'Aro and s'Agaró. Second: Beneficiaries: Families who meet the following conditions can apply for these subsidies at the Town Hall of Castell d'Aro, Playa de Aro and s'Agaró: - Natural or legal persons who own homes in the municipality of Castell-Platja d'Aro and s'Agaró. - Only rehabilitation and reform actions of homes transferred to the mediation pool for social renting will be eligible for subsidies. - That it is up to date in compliance with tax obligations, with the state and regional tax agency, the City Council and with social security Third: Application and presentation: The application can be downloaded from the website: http://ciutada.platjadaro.com/seu-electronica The presentation of applications can be made from January 1 to November 30 of the current year. The call informs about the documentation that must be attached. Fourth: Conditions and basic principles of application for the granting of the subsidy intended to promote the rehabilitation of housing destined for the mediation pool for social rentals in the municipality of Castell-Platja d'Aro and s'Agaró. A series of criteria established for the call will be followed. Fifth: Amount: according to call With budget allocation in force for 2024.
