SUBSIDIES FOR THE EDITION AND PUBLICATION OF WORKS SELECTED BY THE INSTITUTE OF ALMERIENSES STUDIES FOR THE YEAR 2024

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: Natural persons, of legal age, with full legal capacity and capacity to act may be beneficiaries. In the case of works of poetry, they must be from Almeria or with links to our province. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to promote the cultural development of the province of Almería and to continue promoting the publication of research works, works and studies on different aspects of the province, as well as those of literary creation. Third. Regulatory Bases: Publication in the National Subsidies Base, in the BOP of Almería, on the Notice Board and on the Transparency Portal of the website of this Provincial Council. Room. Financial amount: The total amount of the subsidies referred to in this call amounts to the maximum amount of €6,000.00, which will be used for the minor contracting of reading report, text revision, layout and printing services for those works whose formats or technical characteristics are not those provided for in the layout and printing services contracts. The author will receive 10% of the published copies. Fifth. Application submission deadline: Applications to participate in this procedure must be submitted within THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS, counting from the business day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Almería of the extract of the call sent by the National Subsidies Database. Information about this publication will be provided on the Transparency Portal of the Almería Provincial Council website. In the announcement that is published, the first and last day of the aforementioned period will be indicated, in accordance with the established calculation. Sixth. Form of presentation: The call will be processed electronically and the applications will be presented in the registry of the Electronic Headquarters of the Provincial Council of Almería, the use of the Annex I model that appears in this call being mandatory. The documentation to be completed can be obtained on the website of the Provincial Council of Almería: www.dipalme.org/table of notices/subventions and aids/Call for IEA 2024 publications. The applications will be signed electronically by the interested person. For user identification in the electronic headquarters, the Provincial Council accepts the modalities offered by the Cl@ve platform: digital certificate / DNIe or identification with cl@ves. At the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Almería, the General Application will be completed, in which the subject “Call for publications of the IEA 2024” will be recorded, attaching the application (Annex I) and the work, both in pdf format. If the file of the work in PDF format is greater than 10 megabytes, we recommend sending it through any WeTransfer online service to the email address of the Institute of Almeria Studies: iea@dipalme.org. In the Subject of the aforementioned email you must state the seat number and the date of the Entry Registration of the application. Access is 24 hours a day, every day of the year, except for force majeure or system shutdowns that will be announced at the Provincial Council's Electronic Headquarters as far in advance as possible. The submission of the application entails acceptance of the bases of this call, as well as authorization to the Provincial Council of Almería, by the applicant, for any queries that may be made in order to verify compliance with the requirements established for the status of beneficiary of the subsidy. Each interested party may submit a maximum of one application to this call. In the event that, when submitting the application, the interested parties encounter a technical failure in the virtual office, for reasons beyond their control, that makes it impossible for them to submit their application electronically, they must communicate this circumstance, indicating the date, time and problem detected, and must attach the files that prove such impossibility, after the appropriate verifications.
