Aid to students from Latin American universities to complete an official master's degree at the UV, academic year 2024-25

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: People who meet these requirements may be beneficiaries of this aid: a) For newly awarded aid: • Be a graduate of a university in Latin American countries associated with the AUIP. • Be new students at the UV. • Not having resided in Spain, for a period of more than twelve months, during the last 3 years in relation to the date of the call. • Be in possession of the requirements and conditions for access to official Master's degrees in Spain and the specific academic requirements for the Master's degree that is the object of the aid. • Have a minimum average grade of 8 points, accredited in the document with the average grade calculated based on 10, in accordance with the qualification equivalence procedure established in Spanish regulations. b) For renewal aid: • Have been a beneficiary of one of the Luis Vives scholarships convened by the vice-rector for sustainability, cooperation and healthy living of the UV in the 2023-2024 academic year. • Have enrolled in an official UV Master's degree of 90 or 120 ECTS credits in the 2023-2024 academic year. Second. Purpose: To call for a maximum of 15 grants for the completion of official Master's studies at the University of Valencia in the 2024-2025 academic year, aimed at university students from Latin American universities and to approve the Rules that regulate this call, included as Annex I. The call is published at www.uv.es/uvcooperacio Tercero. Regulatory bases: The call and its regulatory bases are published on the official notice board of the University of Valencia and on the cooperation website of the University of Valencia: http://www.uv.es/uvcooperacio Cuarto. Amount: The amount of aid includes tuition fees for the 2024-25 academic year, a financial aid of 2,500 euros and the payment of accommodation and maintenance on a full-board basis at the Residence Hall indicated by the Universitat de València Quinto. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 days from the day following the date of publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV).
