SUBSIDIES FOR ECONOMIC BENEFITS FOR BASIC AND EMERGENCY SOCIAL NEEDS IN THE FIELD OF BASIC PRIMARY CARE SOCIAL SERVICES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PICANYA FOR THE YEAR 2024.

Official description of the call

PURPOSE OF THE CALL. The purpose of this call is to regulate the conditions and procedure to be followed, under a competitive competition regime, for the application and granting of financial benefits for basic needs and social urgency in matters of Social Services to be granted by the Picanya City Council. REQUIREMENTS OF THE APPLICANT Individuals who, being in a situation of serious need, meet the following requirements may apply for this aid: Not having sufficient resources or income to cover the expenses derived from the emergency situation. That the annual per capita income of the family or cohabitation unit (RPC) to which the applicant belongs does not exceed 100% of the current IPREM, in annual calculation with twelve payments (7,200 euros in annual calculation for the year 2024). The per capita income of the family or cohabitation unit will be obtained by dividing the income by the number of people that make it up. That the applicants are registered and habitually reside in the municipality of Picanya, for at least 6 months, in relation to the date on which the aid application is made. However, exceptionally and only in duly accredited risk situations, the registration time requirement may be waived, provided that circumstances justify it and it is reasoned by the social worker. They are people over 18 years of age or are legally emancipated or, failing that, have initiated the legal emancipation process. Those minors who have children in their care, also those who come from protection institutions, as well as minors with complete orphanhood of their father and mother, may request it. They do not have access to other aid from the AA. PP, that cover the need because the help is requested. Not have movable or immovable property, other than that of the habitual residence, over which there is a right of ownership, possession or usufruct, or any other that, due to its characteristics, valuation, possibility of exploitation or sale, indicates the existence of sufficient means to meet the need for which the help is requested. Have duly justified the aid previously granted by providing required documentation. Not having failed to comply, in the twelve months prior to the application, with the acceptance agreement of the intervention program corresponding to the aid granted previously. Neither the applicant nor any other person in the cohabitation unit must own assets that exceed the limits established in the provision of minimum income guarantee income of the Valencian social inclusion income of the Generalitat Valenciana (Decree 60/2018, of May 11, of the Consell, by which Law 19/2017, of December 20 of the Generalitat, of Valencian inclusion income) is developed. APPLICATION AND DOCUMENTATION TO SUBMIT Several applications may be submitted within the approved annual call period, provided that the limits established for each concept are not exceeded, according to the fourth basis. The application will conform to the standardized model of the Picanya City Council and its presentation presumes unconditional acceptance of the conditions, requirements and obligations contained in this call. The documentation that must accompany the application will be detailed below. In any case, it is mandatory: APPLICATION, according to the standard model of the Picanya City Council. DNI or NIE, PASSPORT of the applicant and all members of the family and cohabitation unit. THIRD PARTY MAINTENANCE SHEET showing the account number of the requesting person and proof of ownership of the account. CADASTRAL CERTIFICATE of property ownership, of all members of the family unit and/or cohabitation, over 16 years of age or express authorization to the Picanya City Council to carry out data consultation. IRPF CERTIFICATE (INCOME) from the previous year or express authorization to the Picanya City Council to make the query.
