2024 subsidies for associations for the development of festivals, fairs, exhibitions or competitions of professional performing arts

Official description of the call

1. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases of this call are included in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Consell de Mallorca. (Approved by Plenary Agreement of December 23, 2016 BOIB no. 21, of 02/18/2017-, modified by Plenary Agreement of June 14, 2018 BOIB no. 96, of 08/04/2018). 2. Purpose The purpose of this call is to support the island's associations in the development and organization of festivals, fairs, exhibitions or competitions of professional performing arts. This call is intended to subsidize professional performing arts festivals, fairs, exhibitions or competitions that take place or have taken place in Mallorca between December 1, 2022 and December 31, 2023. 3. Beneficiaries Non-profit associative or organizational entities that meet these requirements may be beneficiaries: 1. Be legally and definitively constituted and registered in the relevant record. 2. Have the registered office, main establishment, a branch or a delegation in Mallorca. 3. Have as its social object/purpose the promotion and dynamization of culture. 4. Develop a festival, fair, exhibition or competition of professional performing arts within the period indicated in point 2 of the call. 5. That the project presented reaches the minimum score provided for in point 19 of this call in its evaluation. 6. That the project for which the subsidy is requested has not been subsidized in previous calls whose object coincides with this one. Non-profit associative or organizational entities in the educational field, nor neighborhood associations or federations, senior citizens and sports organizations cannot be beneficiaries of this call. 4. Budget allocation The credit assigned to this call is €150,000.00, charged to the budget for the year 2024 and charged to budget application 20.33430.48905. 5. Submission of applications Applications can be submitted within 15 business days, counting from the day following the date of publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands.
