Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Natural and legal persons who own commercial establishments, hotels and other services located in the municipality of San Sebastián. Second. Objective To present the linguistic landscape, both exterior and interior, of commercial and hospitality establishments, as well as establishments that offer other types of services, in Basque or in Basque and Spanish. Third. Regulatory bases Approved by the Local Government Board dated April 9, 2024, available on the municipal website www.donostia.eus and www.donostiaeuskaraz.eus/merkatari Fourth. Amount. The financial allocation for the 2024 financial year is €10,000. Fifth. Deadline and method of submission The duly completed forms and documentation may be submitted using electronic means through the websites www.donostia.eus or www.donostiaeuskaraz.eus/merkatari. They may also be submitted at the Basque Language Service of the San Sebastián City Council (Plaza de la Constitución 2) or through any of the means referred to in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 of October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The deadline for submitting applications begins the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa and until December 31, 2024, inclusive. Sixth. Payment method and terms The payment of the subsidy will be made in a single payment with the granting resolution and prior justification of the expense.
