First. Beneficiaries: Foundations, associations, non-governmental organizations and, in general, any non-profit entity that, not belonging to the public sector, certifies having carried out actions to promote books or cultural publications. Second. Purpose: Projects that modernize, strengthen or optimize the operation, within the national territory, of the book and cultural magazines sector, such as holding conferences for professionals, preparing studies, launching initiatives that improve the effectiveness of the entire book and cultural publications chain in its different phases, actions that improve communication between the different publishing agents, that promote the reconversion of the sector to the digital model and/or improve the training of professionals in the sector. in terms of innovation. In no case will the publishing of books, magazines or press be subsidized through this line of aid. Third. Regulatory bases: Order CUL/2912/2010, of November 10, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies from the Ministry of Culture on a competitive basis. Room. Amount: The amount of the subsidies called will be, at most, 350,000 euros. Fifth.
